Nothing major this time, just a few fixes.
Fixes
Undefined text appearing in side picker screen on mobile
Full player name wasn't shown on side picker screen on mobile
Further work on HTML vs Text email format differences
End of season e-mail should not be sent if members aren't recording statistics.
